$PRO TAXATION MECHANICS

10% Fee for all $PRO sell transactions.

Buy taxes do not apply when the peg is below 1.05. However, when above 1.05, the $PRO buy tax will be active. This directly empowers those that supported the protocol to peg, and attempts to catch out those who would otherwise ‘snipe the peg’.

These tax structures may be temporary and conditional on the state of the protocol.

When investors purchase $PRO, they pay 10% above market value. These fees are collected in $PRO.

Investors who sell $PRO receive 10% below market value from selling. As outlined in previous sections, a portion $PRO are burnt and sent to the treasury.
